Thank you for your interest in Kendall Cares, a grassroots coalition of Christians across Kendall County whose mission is to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the community. The third annual Kendall Cares Clinics was held in April, 2012, serving more than 400 residents of Kendall County.
Kendall Cares Clinics provides:
Basic medical, dental, vision, and chiropractic screening services
Spa services including hair cuts and manicures
Family portraits taken by professional photographers for clinic guests
Clothing Closet
Food Pantry
The Kendall Cares Clinic relies solely on the generosity of volunteers, local churches and businesses to provide products and services on clinic day. This generosity allows economically challenged Kendall County residents to be served free of charge.
Many, many volunteers are needed to make this day a success. We need medical and other service professionals as well as volunteers to help with registration, food service, and other areas. Review a list of job descriptions here.
Another area of need is supplies. The more donated supplies we receive, the more funds can be directed to further patient care. Supply donations are always welcome as we seek to serve our community.
