Medical Services - Professional -

Medical Professionals

Physicians, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Chiropractors, Opticians, Optometrists, Massage Therapists (chair only).

Medical Services - Non-Professional

Medical/Dental/Chiropractic Registration

Host/hostess needed to register guests in an orderly fashion and runners needed to take guests to appropriate providers at appointment times.

Spa

Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, Make-up Artists, Massage Therapists (Chair only), runners to register guests and monitor traffic flow.

Spiritual Services

Guest Advocate

Be a friend and companion for our guests. Assist them through the clinic experience, sharing your life and faith along the way. Please attend a training session at 7:00 a.m. on April 28 or view our online training video.

Guest Advocate Assistant

Assist the advocate as noted above. Be aware of the multitude of services available and help the Advocate communicate these services to the guest.

Prayer Team

This team will be praying for the volunteers, organizers, and guests of the clinic before, during and after the actual clinic. Volunteers will also be needed on clinic day to staff the Chapel and pray with those who request prayer.

Exit Station Team

Provide a warm smile and sincere farewell to every guest upon exiting. Some team members will have an administrative role, others will have a chance to have a final time with the guests to see if any further spiritual assistance is desired.

Guest Services

Children's Activities

Assist with various children's activities and entertainment throughout the clinic.

Clothing Closet

Assist with set up on Friday, April 27 beginning at 3:00 p.m. and/or be available on Clinic Day to assist guests with their clothing choices, keep area neat, help bag up any leftover clothing at the end of Clinic Day.

Greeter

Greet guests at the door, staff the door to the medical area and monitor appointment times, be stationed around the clinic path to assist with directions.

Meal Service

Prep for clinic day meal, cook meal, set up lunch, serve lunch to guests and volunteers, clean up.

Photographer

Photographer(s) to take family photos as well as assistants to greet guests, print photo, and distribute photo to the family.

Registration

Greet, register guests, distribute paperwork, match guests with an Advocate.

Logistics

Set-up/Tear down

Assist with set up on Friday, April 27 beginning at 3:00 p.m. and/or assist with tear down following the Clinic on Saturday, April 28, until finished.

Transportation Team

Drive busses to transport volunteers from designated parking areas to Plano High School; assist guests carry items to their vehicles, if necessary (valid driver's license and insurance necessary).
